We work hard to protect your privacy and security. All shopping cart pages and online credit card transactions are transmitted using 128 Bit (SSL) Secure Socket Layer encryption.

You will see a lock or lock and key symbol in the top or bottom right hand corner of your web browser. This symbol indicates that all information from our website that is transferred between your web browser and our server is encrypted using 128 Bit SSL encryption.

Payment is required at time of order.

Forms of acceptable payment are credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express).

The payment transaction for your order may appear on your credit card statement as being from SECCO, INC. The order receipt you receive in the mail or in the box with the product you ordered may state that it is from SECCO, INC. Our parent company SECCO, INC. handles all billing for HEPA Filter Sales and hepafiltersales.com.

Posted prices are subject to change without notice although every effort has been made to include most recent pricing.

Unless you specify otherwise, similar items in quality and construction may be substituted for those items not in stock or no longer available.

You must notify us and the shipper in writing within ten (10) days from the invoice date for non-delivery of goods or within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt for damaged or defective merchandise.

Claims not timely reported will be deemed forfeited.

Merchandise will be shipped via DHL Ground or you can pick up your order at our warehouse in Camp Hill Pennsylvania. Please see our Contact Us page for maps and directions to our warehouse.

You are responsible for paying shipping charges.

Shipping charges will be calculated as part of your total invoice amount.

We generally do not ship outside the continental United States.

Return merchandise will be accepted for exchange, account credit where applicable, or refund.  A Return Authorization Number must be obtained before returning goods for any reason. Instructions on how to return and/or exchange the merchandise will be given along with the Return Authorization Number.  Item(s) must be received in our facility within 30 days of the customer’s receipt of the merchandise.

In the following cases there will be no shipping costs for merchandise being returned or for shipping replacement:

• Wrong merchandise is shipped
• The merchandise is defective
• The merchandise is damaged during shipment.

Shipping costs on returned merchandise for reasons other than stated above will be paid by the customer.  The original purchase price and any tax paid will be promptly refunded/credited upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise. Original shipping costs will not be credited.

The Return Authorization Number must be clearly visible on three sides of the box.  Goods should be securely packed and, if possible, returned in the original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a fee for returned items damaged due to improper packing. 

We reserve the right to charge a restocking/handling charge up to twenty percent (20%) of the returned item’s purchase price.

HEPA Filter Sales (www.hepafiltersales.com) and SECCO, INC. do not have specific information concerning how the products sold herein will be used and do not know the details concerning the packaging, handling, or procedures that may be employed in association with any particular product sold herein. Purchaser is solely responsible for determining the adequacy of each product sold herein for the particular use or uses to which they are applied.

Any misstatements, errors, or omissions made by HEPA Filter Sales (www.hepafiltersales.com) and SECCO, INC. in the advertising of the products shall not create any liability for HEPA Filter Sales (www.hepafiltersales.com) and SECCO, INC.

HEPA Filter Sales (www.hepafiltersales.com) and SECCO, INC. do not assume responsibility for any purchaser’s compliance with federal, state, or local laws, rules, ordinances, or regulations.

In no event shall HEPA Filter Sales (www.hepafiltersales.com) and SECCO, INC. be liable for any claim for incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the manufacture, sale, deliver, or use of any product described herein. HEPA Filter Sales (www.hepafiltersales.com) and SECCO, INC.’s liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed the purchase price paid for any product. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages this limitation may not apply to you.

In the event that it becomes necessary for HEPA Filter Sales (www.hepafiltersales.com) and SECCO, INC. to institute legal proceedings against any customer, we shall be entitled to recover all costs associated with such proceedings, including attorney’s fees from any purchaser.

In no event shall HEPA Filter Sales (www.hepafiltersales.com) and SECCO, INC. be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this website or with the delay or inability to use this website, or for any information, products, and services, obtained through this website, or otherwise, arising out of the use of this website, whether base on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if HEPA Filter Sales (www.hepafiltersales.com) and SECCO, INC. have been advised of the possibility of damages. Because some sates or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, this limitation may not apply to you.
