The Honeywell replacement air filter model number FC100A1003 is the original OEM replacement filter media for Honeywell models F100F1004, F100B1008, F150E1000 and F100F2028 whole house air cleaners. The size of the FC100A1003 air filter is approximately 16" x 20" x 4-1/2". The FC100A media filter offers MERV 10 performance at 492 FPM with lower pressure drop at no additional cost.

Honeywell recommends the replacement of the air filter media every six months, before heating season and before cooling season.  Adjust the schedule to your needs, but at least replace the filter annually.  If the F100 unit includes an Airwatch Indicator, replace the media at least once a year, or when the built-in pressure sensors in the F100 door detect that airflow is impaired and the filter requires cleaning. This condition causes the indicator light on the F100 door to begin flashing and the transmitter to send a signal to the wall-mounted RF Indicator that the filter needs replacing.  Regular replacement of the air filter will maximize the efficiency of your heating and cooling system.

If you would prefer a 16" x 20" x 4-1/2" space saving popup filter with a MERV 11 rating, we recommend the POPUP1620 popup air filter by Honeywell. You can fit a 5 pack of POPUP1620 popup air filters in the same storage space as one 16" x 20" x 4-1/2" OEM replacement filter.

If you would prefer a 16" x 20" x 4-1/2" replacement filter with a MERV 13 rating, we recommend the FC200E1003 original OEM replacement air filter by Honeywell.
