The kit includes all of the filters and lamp needed to follow the manufacturer's recommended filter change intervals over the course of one year.

The PAK1200-UV kit is designed for use in the Abatement Technologies, Inc. CAP1200-UV Central Air Purification system.

The UV lamp included with the PAK1200-UV kit does not produce ozone. If you would like a 1 year annual filter pack for your CAP1200 that includes a UV lamp that produces ozone you should purchase the PAK1200-UVP kit.

The filters included are:
- 12 each of the F621 pre-filters (replace one per month)
- 2 each of the H502 2nd stage, pleated particulate filter
  (replace one every 6 months)
- 1 each of the VL1002 3rd stage, Vapor-Lock carbon filter
  (replace one every 6 months)
- 1 each of the UV625 ultraviolet lamp with UVGI (No Ozone)
   (replace one time per year)

Note:
This kit does not include the H610C-99 HEPA filter. The manufacturer recommends changing the HEPA filter every 3 years under normal operating conditions. We recommend that you purchase a HEPA filter along with your annual filter pack every 3rd year.

The FiberTrap pre-filter is designed to capture the coarsest particles circulating through your air duct system which helps to extend the life of the 2nd stage carbon-pleated filter and the HEPA filter, saving you money!

The manufacturer recommends you change the 1st stage filter every 1 to 3 months under normal operating conditions.

The H502 is the 2nd stage, pleated particulate filter for Abatement Technologies, Inc.’s CAP1200 and CAP1200-UVP Central Air Purification systems.

The 2nd stage pleated filter removes finer particulates than the 1st stage filter.

The manufacturer recommends you change the 2nd stage filter every 6 to 9 months under normal operating conditions.

The VL1002 is the 3rd stage, Vapor-Lock carbon filter for Abatement Technologies, Inc.’s CAP1200 and CAP1200-UVP Central Air Purification systems.

The 3rd stage filter has woven carbon media for absorption of gases and odors.

The manufacturer recommends you change the 3rd stage filter every 6 to 12 months under normal operating conditions.

Final Stage, Round HEPA Filter for All

The H610C-99 is the final stage round replacement HEPA filter for Abatement Technologies, Inc.’s (New) CAP600 (fits CAP600, CAP600-UV & CAP600-UVP units S/N's 5,001 - 59,999, manufactured after 06/02/98) and all CAP1200 Central Air Purification systems.

HEPA or high efficiency particulate arresting filters capture 99.97% of airborne contaminants as small as 0.3 microns in size. The H610C-99 removes bacteria, mold spores, soot, pollens, animal hair, animal dander, dust mites, smoke particles and other allergens and lung damaging particles.

The manufacturer recommends you change the final filter every 2 to 3 years under normal operating conditions.

The UV625 is the 12” straight replacement lamp for Abatement Technologies, Inc.’s CAP600-UV and CAP1200-UV Central Air Purification system.

The UV625 utilizes UVGI (Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation) technology to actively “kill” bacteria and viruses by destroying their DNA. UVGI is also a part of the spectrum of electromagnetic energy generated by the sun.

The manufacturer recommends you change your UVGI long-life quartz lamp after 9000 hours (1 year) of use under normal operating conditions.

Note:
The UV625 does NOT generate any ozone output. If you own a CAP600-UVP or a CAP1200-UVP Central Air Purification system that utilizes trivalent oxygen (ozone) technology you will want to purchase the UVP625 replacement lamp.

The UVP625 is the 12” straight replacement lamp for Abatement Technologies, Inc.’s CAP600-UVP and CAP1200-UVP Central Air Purification systems.

The UVP625 utilizes UVGI (Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation) technology to actively “kill” bacteria and viruses by destroying their DNA. UVGI is also a part of the spectrum of electromagnetic energy generated by the sun. In addition to UVGI, the UVP625 “UtraViolight Plus” lamp also produces a controlled amount of trivalent oxygen (Ozone) via an oxidation reaction known as Photolysis. Photolysis breaks down volatile organic compounds (VOC’s), and attacks mold cell structures to prevent sporulation. Ozone also breaks down and destroys unpleasant odors.

The manufacturer recommends you change your UVGI Plus Ozone long-life quartz lamp after 9000 hours (1 year) of use under normal operating conditions.
